Working Principle
A DC motor (Version C uses 545 motor) drives the spindle through a precision brass sleeve.
The chuck holds the drill bit firmly with low runout (≤0.002 mm for Version B).
By adjusting the input voltage (3–12V), the motor speed changes continuously.
The workpiece is placed on the fixed worktable; the spindle moves vertically along the 13 mm stroke to perform drilling.
This structure mimics industrial bench drills but at a micro scale, ensuring stability and repeatability.

Dimensions are 100x80x180mm, with a column of 13mm, a drilling travel of 13mm, and the chuck to the worktable height being 70mm, with a net weight of 800 grams.
